2013 Own your health

One of my goals for 2013 that is not related to teaching is to take charge of my diet and exercise routines.  During 2011, I ran over 500 miles.  Last year, however, I let my commitment to diet and exercise be pushed aside by the hectic schedule of my life.  This year, I plan to own (take responsibility for) my health.  So far, I’ve been off caffeine for two days and I’ve been running for two days in a row.  Here’s to a healthier 2013. . .
